The baseball season ended early this year. What a waste, especially since I recently purchased a high definition tv. The Yankees have a lot of work to do in this off season. The AL East has always been tough, but now we have to content with a good Tampa team also.

I am still struggling with yoga class, though I do feel my back is less tight than it has been in many years.
