On September 28th we went to the Deerfield Fair. We saw many farm exhibits, animals, contests, and had a great time.
The class was divided into 3 groups to write reports on their Deerfield Fair expereriences. Each student used Microsoft Works to write individual reports and these were combined into a group report. All members proofread their report before it was placed into Writer's Workshop in a newsletter form. Photos were added and text manipulated so it would fill complete pages.
