TIME: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m.
Appetizers at 5:00 -- Dinner at 6:00
Location: Big City
The dinner has been there the last several years. For those of you who will be doing this for the first time, they put us in a big room that has pool tables and tables and chairs where you can sit and eat.
This arrangement allows for a lot of mingling and socializing.
Appetizers
Appetizers will include vegetable crudités with assorted dips and cheese and
fruit platters.
Dinner
Italian buffet includes a vegetarian pasta primavera (cheese on the side),
chicken & broccoli with sundried tomato alfredo, and chicken cacciatori over
fettuccine. Big City antipasto, house salad, and focaccia bread will also be
served.
Dessert:
Volcano brownies will be served with coffee and tea.
Ice water will also be made available. Any other drinks must be purchased
separately. Big City has an extensive beer list.
I have to give them a total head count by April 10. Please let me know by then. If you're not sure by April 10, e-mail me off list and I'll see what I can do.
